Join the frontlines of Transformation.

Sponsor a training in your area.
GAP Training graduates (which team training you are eligible for will depend on what training(s) you have attended)
Those committed to transformation in their own lives and in the lives of others
WHO CAN TEAM
WHAT TO EXPECT
Attend all mandatory meetings, calls, and workshop(s), along with being at the training itself. Typically a team process can range in time from 8 – 12 weeks, depending on the team.
Be willing to ‘take yourself on.’ Don’t shy away from the work it takes to face yourself. By allowing team community in, blind spots are revealed, and in that space is where possibilities open up.
The central purpose of a team is to open up vision and relationship for and with others as you invite to the training. If you’re unwilling to risk and be uncomfortable for the sake of another, this is not the process for you.
You will receive peer coaching and professional coaching from one of our GAP Community Team Coaches about enrollment and the areas of your life you are committed to transform
STEPS TO BECOME A SPONSOR
-
Everything starts with your own transformation.
Before someone can sponsor a GAP training, they must first experience it. Attending a GAP training gives you firsthand understanding of the culture, the standards, the depth, and the responsibility involved. You’ll experience what it feels like to be challenged, seen, stretched, and supported.
We don’t sponsor from theory.
We sponsor from lived experience. -
Transformation isn’t a spectator sport.
After completing a training, the next step is serving on team. Volunteering allows you to see the training from behind the curtain — how enrollment works, how the room is held, how culture is created, and how breakthrough is supported.
This is where leadership muscles are built.
It’s where you learn to support others without rescuing them. -
Core team is where leadership deepens.
Serving as a Core Team member means taking greater ownership of the experience. You’re not just supporting logistics — you’re helping carry vision, uphold standards, and create an environment where transformation can happen.
Core team member roles include:
Team Captain
Support Call Captain
Prayer Captain
-
When you apply to sponsor a GAP training, you’re stepping into a role of regional catalyst. Sponsors coordinate logistics, build local enrollment momentum, gather a team, and help cultivate partnerships in their city. Sponsors are 100% financially responsible for the training and keep the revenue above and beyond the costs.
GAP provides:
A certified GAP trainer
Marketing support and best practices
Clear financial structures
Ongoing communication and coaching
Sponsors provide:
Training location
Enrollment ownership
Logistics coordination
A commitment to uphold GAP’s standards
A well-enrolled team
Sponsoring isn’t about pulling off an event. It’s about creating a container where lives shift.

-
Yes — with demonstrated capacity.
If a region shows strong enrollment, healthy culture, and operational excellence, multiple trainings per year are possible. That decision is made collaboratively with GAP leadership to ensure quality is never compromised for quantity.
Growth must be sustainable.
