In Train the Trainer (T3), we will train you to develop leaders, facilitate a complex leadership seminar and provide insightful coaching to those around you.
Becoming a legitimate transformational trainer requires a huge investment of time, commitment and care. You will not only discover new ways of being with people but also a pathway to examine and confront your own personal paradigms.
Training requires the courage to step beyond the comfort of the status quo and inspire others to break through their current limitations to new levels of excellence, creativity and productivity.
T3 is for men and women who are ready to make a dramatic leap in their personal and/or career development.

By participating in Train the Trainer, we promise you will:
Master the fundamentals of training / facilitating. Learn to design, strategize and develop material and training strategies that will compel individuals to participate, excel and connect both the hard and soft aspects of their work. The “hard side” meaning those aspects of work connect to tangible results like systems, processes, measurement, structures, procedures, physical assets, quantity while the “soft side” is commitment, spirit buy-in, attitude, creativity, self-motivation, leadership, ownership, teamwork, vision, synergy, quality and inspiration.
Distinguish yourself as a dynamic leadership facilitator and coach by championing people to reinvent the way they relate to and work with each other. By identifying and shifting what people are “listening for” and practicing relevant focused listening skills, you will support others in developing strategies to help separate their identity from their results. New behavior and choices will appear and increase your ability to inject flexibility in conflicted situations by identifying common interests, revealing new possibilities.
Motivate and empower your team by working with individuals to develop respect and power through being hard on problems and soft on people. Create a truly “learning organization” by training people to develop the skills of reframing conflicted situations to view breakdowns as mutual challenges that will birth new possibility instead of threats to their security. You will learn what it takes to coach individuals to receive feedback from others as information necessary to make potent changes.
Advance your communication, presentation, and coaching skills by learning to actively identify the changes people long for yet may believe are impossible. By working on being flexible in your “way of being” you will identify your personal winning strategies and learn how to breakthrough your natural blind spots and create new life stories for yourself and others.
T3 is geared to train you in the exciting and enlightening process of mastering the art and science of facilitation. You can become a transformational trainer – leading change initiatives in your church, organization, or through public seminars.
The qualification offers graduates a new range of business and personal opportunities, as well as providing many people with inspiration for new and fulfilling relationships where you are clear on how to be with people in a way that furthers both your vision and theirs.
Training Structure
Train the Trainer takes place over a 5-month time-period with 5 weekend sessions. It is an intimate group of up to 8 people from a variety of backgrounds coming together to share an unparalleled learning experience. T3 creates an environment where you receive personal interaction and training as well as advancing your current network. By utilizing tools such as inquiry, video work and coaching, you will develop new ways to access internal and external resource. It doesn’t matter whether you have experience in front of a group or not, we will work with you to be both confident and equipped to train.
The T3 Trainer(s) will be available for between-session telephone and cyber-coaching. Included in your process will be engaging reading, writing, and video assignments between sessions.

$6,975THIS INCLUDES:
Over 100 hours of classroom and online meeting instruction and coaching
All materials and included resources such as the Trainer Manuel for the 2-day training, along with access to multiple tools
The intellectual property of the Transformational Leadership Training
Access to the Master Trainers of GAP Community for ongoing support
Monthly dinners and activities during the program
Ongoing communication and access to both fellow T3 grads, as well as to exclusive access to the Trainers for ongoing coaching and resource conversations post-graduation
Once your application has been approved and we have received a minimum $575 deposit your spot will then be secured. Your remaining balance of $6400 is due July 1 or you may make 2 payments of $3200. The first payment is due July 1 and the second payment is due on October 15.
