Nick LeMonds is a pastor, trainer, and leadership coach passionate about helping people tell the truth about where they are, discover who God has created them to be, and take responsibility for the life they are building.

Nick holds a Master of Divinity and has spent years preaching, teaching, developing leaders, and walking alongside people through seasons of significant change. He currently serves as the pastor of Norco Christian Church in Norco, California, where he is helping lead a historic congregation into its next season of life and mission.

Nick believes lasting transformation requires more than information. People can know the right answers and still remain trapped in the same patterns, stories, fears, and ways of relating. His work brings together spiritual formation, theology, leadership development, and transformational training to help people uncover the stories shaping their lives and align what they believe, what they value, and how they actually live.

At the heart of Nick’s work is the conviction that true transformation is ultimately the work of God, and that we are invited to participate courageously in that work through truth, relationship, repentance, and renewed thinking.

Nick lives in Southern California with his wife, Yolanda, and their three children, Aliza, Raquel, and Solomon.

None of us are finished. We are always becoming someone. Through courage, surrender, relationship, practice, repentance, and grace, we can purposely become the people God created us to be.
