LAURA DOBSON

COACH

“Don’t just sit there—do something.” This has been the driving narrative of Laura Dobson’s life. Known for taking action at the right time with courage and conviction, Laura invites others to step into purposeful living, healing, and transformation.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Cal State Northridge and began her ministry and leadership journey long before graduation. She served for 6 years with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) as a leader and facilitator, helping equip and disciple individuals across cultures. Through Surfers for Missions International Outreach, she led international missions in countries including Portugal, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, and the Netherlands—bringing both practical support and spiritual encouragement.

Laura also served with GAP Youth Training as a sponsor, apprentice trainer, coach, and ambassador, investing deeply in the next generation of leaders with a passion to empower individuals to impact their communities with purpose and integrity. Alongside her husband, Ryan, Laura co-founded REBEL Parenting, an organization that speaks boldly into marriage and family life—addressing the root issues often left unspoken in Christian circles. With honesty and clarity, Laura challenges individuals and couples to confront what’s beneath the surface, believing true transformation begins at the core.

For over a decade, Laura has volunteered at women’s resource centers, working with young mothers navigating domestic violence, homelessness, and emotional trauma. She has trained women in emotional health, helping them build stability, identity, and hope for their future. Additionally, she has spent 8 years volunteering in schools, coaching volleyball and mentoring students.

With over 25 years of experience working with women in recovery from substance abuse, Laura brings a rare depth of compassion, insight, and practical wisdom. Her work alongside countless women has shaped a unique, results-driven approach to healing—one that integrates emotional health, personal responsibility, and spiritual growth.

Laura is known for her ability to ask hard questions with grace. Her non-judgmental, direct style creates space for honesty, breakthrough, and lasting change. Strong yet gentle, bold yet compassionate, she is committed to helping individuals and families become whole, healthy, and deeply rooted.
