Heather has been involved in transformational work since 2013 and has had the pleasure of experiencing and witnessing transformation both physically and spiritually. Heather is a certified transformational coach through Gap Community and graduate of Train the Trainer. 

Along with coaching, Heather is a leader in the fitness community and LOVES animals. She enjoys volunteer work at the Animal Refuge Center and has recently become a foster mom for pups looking to find their forever home. 

Heather lives in sunny Florida and is married to her husband Richard and has 2 bonus children, Korbin and Kaydince, 2 grandsons, Dayton and Daxton, and 2 German Shepherd fur babies, Bane and Nova.
