Mercy Namukwai is a Transformational Coach and Leadership Trainer based in Lusaka, Zambia, with nearly a decade of experience equipping individuals and organizations for purpose-driven, sustainable change. Trained in the United States by GAP Community and mentored by top leadership expert Jean Marie Jobs, Mercy is a powerful facilitator who helps shift traditional, top-down leadership toward more collaborative, empowering, and human-centered models.

She is widely recognized for her ability to train and inspire influential local and national leaders, and she delivers Transformational Leadership trainings for organizations across the region. Mercy is deeply passionate about transformation, team development, and leadership rooted in authenticity and impact. 

As a sponsor of Reveal Seminar, Fusion Marriage Workshops, and Hero Teen Trainings through GAP Community, she brings these life-changing experiential trainings to Zambia—creating space for individuals, couples, and youth to transform their mindsets and live from a place of clarity and committed vision. She also sponsors Coaching Academies for aspiring certified coaches, cultivating a movement of empowered, heart-centered leaders.

Mercy is the founder of Hearts Alive Zambia, a nonprofit that provides safe shelter, coaching, and life skills to women and children fleeing domestic violence. Through this work, she walks alongside survivors as they heal and step into their purpose.

Whether facilitating a training room, developing local leaders, or supporting transformation in vulnerable communities, Mercy leads with boldness, compassion, and a deep belief in the dignity and potential of every human being.
