The V3 Women’s Conference is unlike traditional retreats, workshops, or seminars you may be familiar with! This will be a dynamic and transformative weekend, not limited to sitting and taking notes. We will take time to examine what often gets in the way of us living in the fullness we were designed for as women.

Vision: the unique call on your life and the longing on your heart

What are some visions, dreams, and life longings that you still desire to take to the next level?

What is something NEW you desire to have personally, spiritually, relationally, or professionally?

Value: your core identity as God’s beloved

What areas and in what ways do you sometimes exchange the fullest expression of YOU for a lesser one? What and who is your identity rooted in? If you were settling for seeing yourself as less than what’s true, would you want to know?

Voice: using your voice with discernment, wisdom, and confidence

Does something inside of you know that there is MORE available to give with your voice? Do you not only want to speak, but to do so with influence, integrity, and assurance of what you are communicating?

Vision, Value & Voice

Training Structure

The conference time itself is even designed to fit with our busy and bustling lifestyles! How often ladies, are you willing to take time for yourself? Time, mind you, that will produce value and results in you that will have a rippled impact right back to your family and those around you! The conference takes place on a Friday evening and is all day Saturday. The conferences are incredibly priced, and you won’t want to miss out on this opportunity that could very well support you in having something NEW in any area of your life that matters to you right now. And bring some women friends and family with you, for a wonderful time of insight and value you can all experience together!

The conference takes place from 6pm – 9pm on Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Saturday. Saturday will include breaks, as well as a purpose-driven one-hour lunch time. The conference also includes times of worship, poetry performance, interactive exercises, small and large group discussions, “lecturettes,” as well as coaching in the large group from the Trainer.

Training Elements

Mini-Lectures: The Trainer or participants may offer points of view about different subjects. Whether you agree or disagree is your choice. Be willing to discuss and explore your perspective with others in the group. The value will be in getting clear about what you really do believe and testing out how you stand for what your believe. The Trainer will speak about things that relate to a Christian’s life of love and forgiveness. The main standard to measure our relationships with is “love your neighbor as yourself.” It is a starting place, a foundation for us to learn how to live and love other people.

Sharing: Sharing is voluntary. Sharing can happen one-on-one, in small groups or with the whole group. All during the training you will have a chance to know yourself better by sharing, talking about what you are thinking, what you are learning and hearing about your own and others’ experiences. Just like in life, participation equals value! The more that you participate the more value that you experience and the more you create for others.

Small Group Exercises: You will, at different times, meet with a group of about 4-6 other participants for casual discussions or specific relational exercises.

Listening: To increase your ability to listen carefully and to discover how well you listen occasionally the Trainer will request that you close your eyes.

Interaction with the Trainer: At times you will have the opportunity to speak up in the larger group if you choose. At that time, the Trainer will support you in your inquiry and in the conversation at-hand.

Music: Music is an important part of the training. The music is adapted to many preferences and styles and is always thematic. You are encouraged to listen to the words as well as the tune.

Worship: There will be opportunity to engage in worship through song in the conference. You can choose to participate in worship however you decide is best for you personally.

Challenge: During the training all parts of your being will be engaged and challenged: intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually. You may experience thoughts, feelings or sensations that are new or unique. This is an exciting learning experience that will include a high degree of personal challenge. Your participation is your choice. Think about the opportunity to confront your struggles, fears and limitations head-on and go for it!
